Gustatio, a Latin word for the first course of a meal, is an Italian restaurant in the center of Groningen opened in late 2014. 

The owners are a family from Rome with a long experience in tourism and catering. 

Our menu is based on Italian classics such as Carbonara, Amatriciana, Ragù alla Bolognese, as well as other pastas that follow the latest trends in Italian cuisine. 

All of our recipes are prepared using both fresh and dried pasta, with gluten-free options. Our brigade consists, strictly, of Italian cooks from different parts of the country.
