For all our pasta dishes we only use our own homemade pasta, also the gluten-free options. The brigade of Gustatio consists of Italian chefs from different parts of the country, so we can guarantee you an authentic Italian culinary experience. The owners are a family from Rome with a lot of experience in tourism and hospitality.
The word ‘Gustatio’ comes from Latin and refers to the first course of the meal.
